Ivory Earrings

Beautiful glass earrings made in Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. I hand make every single bead one at a time in the flame, using glass from the island of Murano. Once the beads have been made they are placed in a kiln where they are slowly cooled to anneal the glass which prevents them from cracking. Each bead is cleaned and then made up into jewellery using only highest quality sterling silver findings.

This pair of earrings is made using ivory glass decorated with silvered ivory stringer and fine silver dots and then gently etched to emulate sea glass - leaving the glass with a silky soft matte finish. This seascape is very reminicent of the beautiful Isle of Wight coastline, just a short walk away from where I live.  These earrings measure approx. 30mm from top of earwire to bottom of bead. Your earrings will arrive in an attractive gift box.
